This is a great product. I'm always in search of a good cup of coffee and this machine helps me get that.
Earlier I had an espresso machine but I don't actually like that as it is hard to make coffee in that. So I just ordered this one while searching for a good machine and this proved to be a great one.
Pros:
literally no sound at all!
makes your coffee within few minutes.
it is steaming hot.
has a permanent filter (Yes the one I got is permanent & not the temporary as complained by most buyers)
Design is ubercool.

Cons:
body not so strong.
none else!!

Please remember before buying this machine that it does not make espresso or cappuccino(milk coffees), it makes simple black coffee. Add hot milk to taste.
Also don't use Nescafe or other standard coffee powder but use fine grinded ground coffee beans instead for a great taste.

And finally Flipkart was great in service!

Add some water, put fine ground coffee into the filter and turn it on. Five minutes later, you’ll have a steaming hot cup of coffee ready. That’s it.

I love this product. It is effortless to operate and allows you to pull out the mug at any time to pour the amount that has already been brewed. It automatically pauses the drip and resumes it when you place the mug back in its position. It also keeps the mug hot until you’re ready to serve the coffee.

One reviewer said that it does not come with a permanent filter as advertised, but it does. I’m not sure if his unit shipped with the filter missing, but mine had a permanent filter, so it shouldn’t be a problem for you.

It’s fairly easy to clean and doesn’t make too much noise. It does make some gurgling noises though, so make your decision accordingly. Also, it’s not for making instant coffee, so don’t try to use a Bru or Nescafe sachet with it. You’ll need to buy ground coffee (the sort you get at Barista and Cafe Coffee Day outlets).

If you’ve never had black coffee, try ordering one at a coffee outlet and then decide if you like the taste. It’s very different from instant coffee.

It does not have an indicator for when the brewing is done, so you have to wait for the noise to stop and then check if the dripping has stopped to make sure that its done. A small light and/or sound to serve as an indicator would have been a helpful addition.

This one is real easy to use coffee maker. Fast and brewing is perfect. In this price the quality is good.

Packaging and delivery from flipkart as usual excellent. however in description on flipkart.com, it says package comes with permanent filter which is not the case. I bought two of these and none of those had a permanent filter. You have to use paper filter of size 3 (quite difficult to find these)

first of all had a horrible experience regarding the delivery of the product...flipkart is known for their premium service but was surprised by this recent event...
the product on the other hand is just perfect...easy to go coffee maker for those who ar in hurry...the product design n material is just perfect....its is small n does not occupy much of space ....the filter is not a permanent one..dependin on ones usage it lasts frm anythg between 6-8 months after which u need to buy a new filter frm the philips service centre n getting those are easy as i found out n not tht costly...
overall a must product to buy for coffee lovers...
