I would not recommend this product to anyone.
The saying is 'you get what you pay for' and although I do feel that 900 odd rupees is not cheap, this toaster resides at the bottom of the price table in terms of price. Having said that, I picked it because I simply wanted a slice of toasted bread. Nothing fancy. Just useful. And I picked the one from Philips because I had faith in the brand.
Now on to the toaster.
1. The toast comes out fine - after I turn the toaster upside down.
2. The lever used to put the slices down always get jammed/does not work and I end up trying to shimmy it into place so that it stays.
3. I used two sizes of bread slices (the first time I figured the slice was smaller than the regular slice) and it got stuck anyways.
4. Stuck going in. Stuck going out.
5. Do not pick this toaster. Pay a little extra and get a better one. And maybe not Philips too.
My rating is less than one star as well. If only that was possible.

i ordered this product on 13th june and i got this dileverd the very next day. the service is really quick, and the product is really good.it takes hardly 1min for the bread to pop up..this product is affordable and the design of the product is also cool
