1) the metal part of the body heats up like crazy when you're toasting,
2) the wire length is very short,

It makes Perfect Soft Bread Toast in setting level between 1 & 2
If you need more crispy & crunchy then you can go for setting 3 to 4
For proper Rusk kind.. Setting 6 is the Best one.
Overall good to get it..
