Higher temperature can be set for a shirt with lot of wrinkles and lower temperature for your delicate silk dress.This Philips dry iron has an Iron temperature-ready light which indicates you when the iron reaches the required temperature. When this light has gone out and has come on again, you can start ironing. Don't waste your money buying this Item , the soul plate is rough and you need to put efforts to move the iron box evenly on the cloth , not worth buying .The soul plate does not have proper finishing as expected . The image of Iron Box soul Pate differs from the actual Iron Box . Please don't take the risk to buy this Item

slim and smooth yet sleek to operate
really good one...nice on your hand while you handle...gets the crease on your wrinkled (howsoever) clothes straightened up as you tread through...in the middle of too many choices of steam/dry/steam & dry this stand aprt and delivers a quality ironing which is always the ice on the cake...
