I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Avoid by all means
Flipkart delivered the mixer promptly as usual. Excellent packing and all. Received the unit intact, thanks to the liberal allocation of protective air pouches in the outer carton. Flipkart rocks!
Now for the unit. The first thing I noticed is the quality of plastic used. It looked cheap and in no way justified the 2K price tag. It looks pretty cute in the pictures but in fact is an absolutely cheap looking, imperfect piece of equipment. The aluminium casing of the jars are paper thin with the plastic moulding intruding imperfectly into its surface. It looked fragile and brickly.
It was more like a China made replica of the Philips.
Was a big let down since I am a hardcore Philips follower and have a decent collection of electronic equipments made by Philips.
Unable to comment on its working as the unit failed to function fresh out of the box.
Flipkart as usual promptly acknowledged my complaint and took the unit back from me. But for Flipkart's prompt action, I would have sued Philips. My advice to M/s Philips India is that they should stick on to Flipkart or else this Grinder will land them up in the court.
