total let down on arrival ..... its an outdated model ... unsatisfactory experience as some loose screw rattling inside the main body ...which was returned as it seemed defective but the brighter side was flipkart s easy return which was completely hassle free ... just a small tip for all the lovely ladies wanting to shop and avoiding unwanted stress ...as i asked the dellivery person to b seated as i unwrapped it and rejected i sent it back without going through any refunds to come across ..Flipkart is definately professional and service is pro customer

After a lot of research i finally shortlisted this mixer ...as i wanted something that was a lil different from the usual mixers.And as the company was Philips and teh product on flipkart ... i decided to go for it .
However it has not been a good experience.The product arrived in great shape ..thanks to flipkart , however the quality of the does not look very impressive .I started to use and I month down the line ....it stopped working !! No clue why! Now i need to get it rectified as it seesm to have some motor related problem.....This is very dissappointing , that just a month of use and the mixer requires help!!
Dont go for it ...is what i would suggest to anyone who is looking at buying it!!

Placed order for this Mixer grinder based upon popularity and reviews, and this has been of great use since Apr-12. One feature I really appreciated is that boundary outside the motor and inside Jar that ensure even accidental leakage never reaches the motor. Since, I never wanted an overloaded machine with lots of feature where some features remains totally/partially underutilized like Juicer, so I went for this and It has been upto my expectation so far.

The product was delivered within 3 days of placing the order. The packaging was very good. Coming to the product, its very portable compared to other mixer grinders available. Also, the noise level during operation is quite low. Overall a very good product.

I bought this mixer recently. It has fulfilled all my expectations. Have to wait and watch how it performs on heavy use. But the early impression is good. Flipkart delivered it safely and in due time. Packing was awesome. Thanks..

A powerful machine equipped with equally strong blades. My wife is super excited about the chutney jar of 0.35L. Its very handy for daily paste & powders required in any Indian kitchen.

Except that the large bowl has no bush,( which causes the bowl lid to move up and finall be thrown away,) the mixie is good. I do not know why the company has designed it so. At the same time smaller bowls have the bushes. If you want to grind something in large bowl, you have to stand besdie the mixie pressing the bowl. This is a very great inconvenience. I purchased it first and then replaced it with another model.

I searched many brands before zeroing on this Philips product. Decent motor ,low noise.jars are sturdy and good plastic.Best for small family. Makes great chutneys, lassi and dosa batter. Would give a thumps up!

First, hats off to Flipkart again for a quick and perfectly packaged delivery!
Now coming to the product. Philips has been a home brand for ages and hence when I went looking for mixer grinder, the brand was on top of my mind.
When the delivery came in, the actual product was wrapped below 3 layers of packing, a carton, a bubble wrap and the product carton. This was quiet impressive! However, when we tried washing and using the jars, the biggest of 3 jars was leaking from below. The knob of the main unit was functional only on level 3 (the wheel didnt move on level 1 & 2). The smallest cutney jar spilled out its content when it was not even filled uptil the brim. All this was a shocker from a brand like Philips. It was a gift to my mother but the product only left me embarrassed.
But thanks to Flipkart, when I registered a complain with them, they provided a replacement in flat 3days. We got an all new set and they took away the faulty one. This time all was well and I finally saw a smile on my mother's face.
The grinder is functioning well now. It's sturdy with good machinery, compact and looks cute in our kitchen. The only problems are
- the wire which could have been lil longer
- Philips can look at reducing the noise levels
- With no separate lock for the lids, you tend to hold on to the jar while in motion to avoid any spillage.

Purchased this mixer Grinder through flipkart few months back. Its awesome product, robust and sturdy motor nice design and orange caps make this looks good. It works flawlessly with out any problem. Over all quite happy till date.
