I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not very handy
Pros:
- compact
- easy to store
- stylish
- varied brushes for a variety of hairstyles
Cons:
- The handbook/ manual does not give clear instructions on how to operate it. This is a big turn off as first timers like me try to do a 'trial and error' and get the hair all messed up.
- Takes really long to curl.
As of now I just use the hair brush that has come with it individually (without the plug in styler). The rest of the things are just lying in a box. :(

Okay!!
I gave this to my sister so that she can curl her hair! This styler works great as a hair dryer too! It creates great curls, especially on fine, straight hair. Sometimes, I feel that the curls don't stay for much long even after following the instructions in the manual. Maybe practice will make it perfect!

I was looking for this model quite a sometime and the price where too high on the other website.....Flipkart has this New Model for a very low price!!!!!!!!!! cool hai
