Philips HP4696/22 6 in 1 Hair Styler

Its easy to use, makes beautiful hair styles but it takes times to heat up, once it is heated properly u get the desired result.The curler and crimper is good but the straighter is not up to the mark.

This product seemed like a good bargain, seeing as it came at a decently low price with a good number of styling options.
However, after trying it out, I must say I was disappointed with the straightening plates. The heat is too low, which is probably good for hair health, but did not help with the straightening.
A better alternative, though a little expensive, would be to buy a curler and straightener separately. From what I've heard from my friends, Morphy Richards is good.

Really happy with the product:
Curling Tong : Perfect curls in any kind of hair; straight or wavy.
Straightening/Crimping Iron: have tried the straightener as of now (Not a big fan of Crimping); works really nicely, not pin-strip straight hair but more of blow dried straight hair (perfect for me).
Although the other attachment the spiral thing, not really sure how to use that and also the hair clips do not have that much grip (but doesn't really matter).
Love the bag; can nicely put away the whole thing without it taking up much space.
Last but not the Least: Buying from Flipkart; best experience: the product reached in 3 days, nicely packed and sealed. And the best price available (online or at retail store end).

I bought this styler sometime back and needless to say that flipkart's service was flawless!

Now about the product - I hv used it a few times since i bought it and it gives just the right results. We do have to wait a wee bit longer for it to warm up but after that you can have excellent curls!! the trick is to use the right kind of hair product before and after using this curler...You can use hair softener and hair sprays to keep the curls in place. Though i am little disappointed in the straightener which does not give sleekness to the hair. You can just make do with the slight straight look.

Its the best thing for people who want to experiment with their hair but dont want to spend a lot.I use it to either straighten or curl my hair.
Pros-
1.It is quite easy to use and carry.
2.Can straighten as well as curl hair quite smoothly.
3.Quality is really good.
4.diameter of curler is around 1 inch.
5.It can be used to straighten,curl,spiral curl and crimp your hair.
Cons-
1.I am not sure how to use spiral curler.
2.There is only one heat setting,so u need to protect hair from burning.
3.I dont use crimper so i think i paid extra for something i didnt need.
4.If you usually curl or straighten your hair,then buying them separately would be a better option.
