good if you have thick hair texture
the job is done in minutes since the plates are nice 2" wide and also the active ion gives shine to your hair.
its a good product instead of paying 2k in any store save 500 bucks by buying it on flipkart, delivers within 2 days.

I think this product is even better if you straighten using a hair serum. I used L'Oreal serum and then straightened my hair. It works like wonder. Its easy to carry and compact too.
The only con is that there is no temperature control Which you can just overlook as the product is great.
