around 6-7 times and in 15min it gets normal it doest stay straight for long i wanted to exchange this product if posibble please do that..

The hair Straightener is too hot!
If you are looking for a straightener for daily use this is not for you. If you straighten your hair very rarely then it is fine. But just make sure you use heat protection spray.
