I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Very very good product.
This radio is very good. the outer material is really good. the sound clarity is ok. overall it is a good basic fm radio.
But flipkart has taken 5 days to deliver the product.
pros:-

material
has both ac and dc input
cons:-
no dc converter cable provided with the product.
sound clarity is not tooooo great but ok in a home environment. May be due to the issues related with the signal strength.

3V DC Adapter and D cell or IEC R20 Required
Plus points :
Good Product. Sound is good. Flipkart gives you good value for your money.It costs less than the market price on Flipkart plus Home Delivery is free. What else would one want?
Minus Points :
3V DC Adapter or 2 D cell i.e. IEC R20 size battery is Required.
( recurring cost ) not like other Philips radio which has a built in battery.

Good basic radio
Simple to use.Good quality reception.
Build quality is avarage.
Easily portable
The manual tuning meter is little bit fragile .Flipkart send me a radio with broken tuning panel.To my amazement,they replaced it within 2 days with a perfect one and made arrangements for the home pickup of old one.Amzing service from Flipkart.
