Just go for it!
I read some comments stating this product a crap and I totally disagree.
I've been using this product since a couple of months now. I got it from an electronic retail store which was tagged at 499 bucks. I was really pleased with the sound quality.
But when I came to know about flipkart's offer price I was simply shocked!
I mean, this is the best deal ever (for this device, of coarse)...

Great Value for Money
Those who failed to get desired sound effect from this earphone, I request them to please use proper rubber ear cap size which suits u most. Because I experimented with it and found for my ears suit the medium size. I get sufficient bass effect and awesome sound quality from that particular size, but when i use smaller or bigger cap, the bass effect reduced and sound quality also reduced. Choose proper ear cap size and feel the magic.

Better than Expected :)
i received my headphones after 2 days and i wasnt expecting too much but they were better than expected i compared the headphones with a pair of skull candy headphones (rs 900) and these were just as good as the skull candy headphones :) the bass is good too
over all a good pair of head phones for rs 365 :D
