Design
This headphone has been engineered to inculcate most of the properties that enhances both build quality and functionality. The ear buds of the SHH 4520 features twin vents at their back to balance the low and high-end frequencies with the help of air movement. These buds come with soft-silicone ear pads that boost the comfort factor. This headphone comes equipped with a 1.2 m long oxygen-free cable that features an asymmetric configuration to offer you sufficient space to manage both the audio source and the headphone. This cable houses an in-line volume control to help you adjust the volume of the track on the audio player without reaching out for it. This headphone comes loaded with a 3.5 mm gold-plated audio plug that connects with the audio source.
Sound
The two 13.5 mm headphone driver units of this headphone house Neodymium magnet and copper clad aluminium wire to transform the electrical inputs into sound waves. This headphone proves its efficiency with its ability to produce 105 dB of sound from every mW of electrical input. This is further backed by 16 ohm of impedance that helps to maintain sufficient level of loudness. Also, the sound produced is embedded with maximum detail as the frequency response of the Philips SHH 4520 Inner Headphone lies between 12 Hz and 23500 Hz. This headphone can function with up to 50 mW of maximum power input.
These headphones' soft silicon ear caps are cozy. So, you can comfortably listen to music for many hours when you're travelling.
These headphones' tuned speakers, which come with air vents, produce a balanced sound and deep bass.

Excellent value for money..!
The bass is not that good but definitely go for the comfort and the clarity. You will not be disappointed.
P.S. One star less for the fragile looking wiring.

Philips SHH 4520 Inner Headphone with Volume Control
1. Has good sound.
2. Voice Clarity is excellent.
Disadvantages
1. Comfortable but to big ears only.
2. Ears start to pain/itch after 20 minutes of usage.
3. Works on Selective Phones only china/local made ones but i tried it on asus zenfone 5 and it gave distortion problems.

Headphones Usage...
For e.g. I have a Nokia Lumia and it doesnt work well with Seinheisser headphones. but does absolutely fine with the local one i got for 100 bucks.
Mention the gadget as well.

Excellent Product for the Price!
Best:
1) Received it well packed and in original pack.
2) Pleasantly surprised with the looks of the product.
3) Fits really well on an averagely build ear
4) Great clarity almost zero noise even on 96kbps MP3 songs
Worst:
1) Wire tangles quite a bit but is easy to untangle
2) I would have loved if there was more bass output

nice headphone and clear sound at this price
but those who wanted bass in advance this is not for then(though it's sound id great and quality bass). Great HP for song lovers ear bud is great also handy for volume controller.

Extremely Comfortable Headphones !
Sound Quality is very good and extremely clear. Also the name Philips is a major plus point.
Although not VERY tough or sturdy ! If used roughly, it may not last long. But will stay completely fine if you use them with care..
