I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Design
This headphone has been packaged with features that enhance its look and build quality as well. This headphone comes with highly cushioned ear shells that cover your ear to channelize the sound produced inside your ear canal. The closed back of the ear shells are highly efficient in creating an acoustic seal. This headphone comes loaded with symmetric cable that eases its maintenance and enhances its portability. The headband comes with a simple design and is reinforced by steel for ease of adaptability on your head. You can swivel the ear shells to obtain fold-flat configuration. This headphone comes loaded with a 3.5 mm audio plug that finds connectivity with the audio source.
Sound
The two driver units of the Philips SHL1601 have been loaded with Neodymium magnets to decode the electrical inputs into sound waves. These driver units come with the diameter of 30 mm. This headphone is aptly loud irrespective of the message being played on the audio source as it has an impedance of 32 ohm. This headphone is highly efficient in its function with 102 dB/mW of sensitivity. The sound produced by this headphone is packaged with extreme detail as it clearly identifies all the beats present in the original track with the frequency response of 40 Hz to 20000 Hz. Good buy, but read before you buy.
Since Ive bought this product it is obvious that Im a girl and having said that, it should also be obvious that I dont really understand the technicalities of the headphone mentioned in the description. I find the sound quality pretty good and even though its quite bright in colour, its still very subtle to the eyes, which I love. I find the ear shells quite irritating, I dont know which horrible material they chose to make it with. The headphones are light, yes, but because of the ear shell material you'd be as irritated with it as you'd be with your heavy headphones. Also I find it extremely inconvenient to carry :/ and even though its colour is very subtle to the eyes, I still find it very embarassing to take it out in the auto or anywhere outdoors, and lastly it messes up my hair. Also these headphones are supposed to rotate some 180 degrees or something but mine will always have some hiccup in doing so, sometimes it turns smooth though. Im pretty happy with the product even though I have a lot of complaints :) at first I thought I might just break it (looking at its thin head band) but its absolutely sound until now even though I just throw it in my bag! Oh and please dont expect any pouches for the headphone. I think its a good buy, worth the price, good sound quality and if you're a girl who's okay with headphones and doesnt mind flashing gaudy colours outdoor, then you HAVE to buy it. It also comes in blue! Anyways, happy shopping :)
