I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

not worth
its not thin as shown in pic.. even grip is not best but ok.. the golden coat fades as u will use more the pen...rest is good the refill ink is very nice...mechanism is bit tight to operate...........................................................................................................................................................................
