Frequently Bought Together With This Product
First of all, flipkart did a very good job in delivering the product(as always)).kudos to them.
For the product, the following points should be noted.
1.Built quality:quite well.thick, good quality plastic(not sure ABS or what) and a metal clip.an ink window is there.the cap fits securely and the weight is nice for long term writing.
2.Nib and performance: The nib is made up of steel (that is obvious you see)and the tip is iridium coated.so no complain.the nib writes quite smoothly and there is no scratchiness at all.but yes,the nib do reminds you of its presence on the paper and sometimes you feel like you are writing with a sketch pen rather than a fountain pen.
THE CONVERTER I GOT HAS A SLIT LIKE GAP IN ITS UPPER BLACK COLUMN LIKE STRUCTURE IN WHICH THE SLIDER (BLUE)IS PLACED.I AM NOT SURE WHETHER IT IS A FACTORY MADE DESIGN OR A DAMAGED PRODUCT.BUT IT STILL WORKS.(WELL I NEED TO BE SURE THAT I AM NOT APPLYING JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FORCE WHILE FILLING IT OR THE WHOLE BLACK COLUMN SLIPS OUT FROM THE LOWER OPAQUE WHITE RESERVOIR)
the grip section provides good grip and it is easy to write fast with this pen.the flow is on a heavier side.
that is all i can say about this pen. a really cheap pen with nice writing ability and satisfactory built quality.yes it is really better than a parker beta.THANK YOU
Here is how you do it; I figured by trial and error:
1. Take out the cartridge already inserted in the pen; with finger tip pull up the blue suction pump and you will know it is a system that will suck in ink from the ink bottle.
2. There are 6 free filled cartridge with the pen. So keep that suction pump thing aside. Use these 6 first. Puncture the tip with a pin and insert it in the first part of the pen. You will know it fits.
3. Shake a bit and your pen is working. When you exhaust all 6, then fill the suction pump like a regular fountain pen.
It is an okay pen; I like it. Not bad to begin with.
when costly pens irritate with their scratchy nibs, this pen's nib is unusually smooth. Works better with syringe fillers. very light and handy. Ink flow is good. Compared to Parker pens, this is far ...far...better in performance. If you want to write volumes of pages, go for this pen. It is really worth buying...the cartidges could have been slightly bigger in size. They are very small. If you write continuously for an hour ink is likely to be over.
I got it few days back from Flipkart. i am using ink pens from 10 years. i have a lot of collections. but having an addiction for buying new pens i ordered it from one of my friends flipkart account. in 5 days i got it. delivery system in Agartala is very poor. but what may be the product is supub. i have few parker pens costing 600/ to 1000. but this product can fight with them in only 100.
i am a lover of smooth writing so if u belive my word written above u must go for it.
it will be a good buy. more over the looks and grip is better than those 500+ parker pens.
since my early days, i have had a fetish for fountain pen. so, it's quite natural that i wanted to buy the pen when i saw it on Flipkart. the pen was delivered to me on the third day of placing the order. as soon as i opened the case, i was taken by surprise. the pen looks more beautiful in actuality. with its sleek, shiny, plastic body it is really a piece to hold on to. it comes with six free cartridges. as for the writing, the flow is seamless, albeit the nib is of medium grade, hence the lines are a bit thick. apart from that, it is a pen made for daily grind. the quality of the ink in the cartridges is not so good. better to have branded ink like Parker, etc. to write with. it is a perfect tool for beginners who want to improve their handwriting and experience the comfort of using fountain pens. Overall, going by the price, the pen is worth buying, for regular use, of course....
The nib writes well but it has started to leak right from the second cartridge on wards. I have even run the nib and the inner...
