I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Excellent Product "VALE PACK"
Using it from the few decades and it's just awesome, as usual the shipment of flipkart was though good, and it's Non Toxic Extra Fine as well as Unique 3-Dimple tip technology from Japan for precision writing & moreover Stainless steel tip with 0.5mm Tungsten Carbide bal.
