I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Great pen
Really believe me if you are a student and your writing is not good and u wanna improve your writing then buy this pen faith in me this pen can do magic wonders i bought the same pen in market at 55 rs. each but here at flipkart i feel good to know that they are doing a great job by introducing such nice pen and other stuff specially to students ...i recommend this product to all the students and office personnel to me 10 out of 10 but one great demerit of this pen is it makes u write more and more as it write like a butter on paper thanks flipkart i got this next day of the order date very fast and quick on time ....thanks flipkart team.......

Flipkart doesn't seem to care
First, inspite of promising 2-3 days delivery, Flipkart took 2 days just to ship the item, and when they did, that too via a cheap courier even after having option for Bluedart (took 8 days!! for me to received the item)
Secondly, the pack's MRP's 150, but they charged me Rs.30 Extra.
Third, when I complain, it took them 2 days fo them to reply back and when they did, they asked me to prove that I've been overcharged.
Fourth, even after I sent the the scan of the pack's MRP, they don't seem to care enough to change the price to its original one, Rs.150 in this page.
No wonder they are losing customers

Used this pen since i don't even remember it just fits so perfectly in my hands and never disappoints. :D i didn't have to pay for shipping too how good is that
