I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Beauty without quality!
Firstly a shout-out to flipkart for its excellent service. The delivery came two days prior to the promised day.
The product however, is disappointing. One of the most beautiful books I've seen, its very stunning but the papers (handmade) are not of great quality.
The book in itself is not of great quality because the golden pattern fades easily and gets smudged. It also leaves glitter everywhere.
I bought this as a gift for my friend and was extremely disappointed when the bamboo came off the first day itself, it was just stuck with some cheap glue!
The product does look exactly like the pictures though.

I ordered this diary from my cell phone and to be very honest, right from the call to the delivery every thing was just perfect! The buddy who took my order on phone was smart and gave me best deals. Delivery time was amazing, there was some strike going on in pune but still they delivered it on time. The diary is very beautiful and the handmade pages inside is marvellous. The book consist of 200 blank handmade pages and it looks amazing from outside. Should buy this book for sure

I got my best friend!
My stationery and my books have always been my family to me... But this diary has become my best friend. Its very different and is exactly what as shown in the picture. There is so much Indian and ethnic touch to it! Thanx Flipkart. I just loved it!

A great gift item
This was a really great purchase. Good quality at a relatively affordable price.
The decorative cover and page quality is fantastic, making it an exquisite gift for writers in particular. My only gripe with this product was that I couldn't find different colors/themes on flipkart (since I wanted to buy multiple diaries).
All in all, a wonderful diary.
