How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Very disappointed
Please don't be fooled by the images provided here,they try to show normal daily-use diaries,whereas,in reality,these are extremely small diaries,which can fit your shirt pocket(sort of small phonebook diaries,which we used earlier to store phone numbers!).
Although the description correctly mentions the size as 100mm by 70mm(I hadn't read it),Flipkart atleast shouldn't try to fool customers by giving such a grossly distorted image.They don't even mention that these images are for representational purposes only.
