Plantronics Discovery 975 In-the-ear Headset

Product is 8gms, light on ears. Doesn't go around my ear flaps and this helps a lot... the ones with the ring were painful. Just plugging allows ease of use for longer duration at a stretch. Use it with android phones only and clarity is brill. Got 3 sizes of rubber gel holders (small, mid & large) and also comes with a cute little charge case which is got a battery indicator that shows battery level on the headset as well as the case's charge. The headset charges itself back up on this portable case which can be replenished when near a power source. Double power backup aids travel readiness. I give it 5 star. Don't recommend you to buy it though cuz, I'd like to be among the chosen few ;)

This is a great headset with outstanding sound quality. I use it for many hours in a day and it works great. It is quite light and fits the ear comfortably. It is quite stylish as well. I found the usb charger and portable charger very convenient.

The only issue I have is that the ear gels have now become loose and have started rotating very easily. Plantronics should consider giving two or three sets of ear gels with this product. Or they should give better quality of ear gels or alter the design slightly to avoid this issue. However this is a relatively small issue.

This is worth the cost. The product comes along with ear buds of 3 different sizes and you can choose the one that suits the most. The headset is very comfortable unlike many others in the market. Easy to carry, charge and the battery life is good beyond expectations. There is no disturbance at all or echo in the call even when I am driving. I have been on a call for more than 2 hours at a stretch using this and it did not blink. The carry case gives you additional battery life. A must buy for someone who is used to headsets.

And need not say, the delivery was bang on time.

this is a great device as a bluetooth... the noise cancellation is really great .....

the only factor is it has to be charged ..i think if its continously on you ears for about 8 hrs or so ..needs a charging again...but thats not such a bad thing.

i would recommend it for those atleast who are contnously on bluetooth for travel or other purposes.

cons:
doesnot have A2DP which means no music, no voice alerts on GPS...in short almost no voice commands and music.

thats about it....i thought looking good and voice clarity was more important and hence ignored voice commands.
