I purchased this product about 1 year back. There is nothing wrong with flipkart, but it is steamworks that ruined my mood. This was my first experience with steamworks. Installation tokk sometime for the steam setup and all, but finally I got through. But after installation steam started downloading latest patch for the game. With a horrible internet at place, i waited and waited and waited to get this download completed. but slowly I undrstood that it is not going to happen in near future. Later i cam to know that the patch is > 1gb in size. I am not a hard core gamer. I will think 20 times before spending more than 500rs for game. I bough this only because of its reviews. I am so disappointed that I am not able to play this game even after purchasing a dvd by giving such a good amount. In fact I have not played this game till date, though the dvd is there in my shelf.

portal 2 is one of the epic games that grabbed my brain and just kept squeezing it! amazing puzzles, totally out of the box, totally mind bending and lots lots of fun and specially the chamber editor where you can actually build your own puzzles? epic! if u want to have fun get portal 2 and one! :D

Flipkart delivery was as usual great....unmatched in speed and the way of packing....

This is a must buy game for u and ur best freind (as the co-op mode is what i liked the most)
The game is so innovative and hilarious that u would like to complete the game as fast as possible....But the game really wants you to put ur brain in a smelter.....

OVER ALL THE GAME IS THE BEST GAME AND UR LIFE IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT IT.........

For those of you who haven't played Portal 1, its basically a puzzle game (action puzzle actually) and is different than what you've ever played. Its actually not much, but its really, really cool. The computer voice and the sarcasm and the jokes, all make the Portal games a must have. Portal 2 is basically a huge improvement on an already great game! The graphics are much better, the game itself is longer, and the puzzles are more challenging. The co-op mode is fun too(provided you have a friend who plays it too!)(please add me on steam if you have it! i'd love to play co-op. Steam ID: vibhavgaur).
All in all, its a very cool game and you have to play it to actually know what I really mean.

Bought this game looking at the system requirements which says nothing about an internet connection needed even to install , I understand some games might need internet to play multi-player, but here you need it even to install . People rely on the website to give accurate information and let customers make an informed choice. This was supposed to be a gift for my nephew but turned out to be an embarrassment when he could not even install. So please be sure you have an internet connection (broadband i guess with a high usage plan) or you cannot even install this game.

If you love puzzle games then you would be amazed by the creativity of developers, challenges are balanced if you are stuck push yourself a little harder. Being driven by source engine game requirements are not very high and still the graphics are very good. One thing I would like to tell you is that buy this game only if you have very good internet connectivity as you need to download 1.2 Gb of update for being able to play, that's my only complain as I waited for 6 hrs to play after installing the game. I recommend go for it.

The first portal came with the orange box, an amazing package itself. The only drawback with the first portal was too short.

Along came Portal 2, Portal 2 holds up as a stand alone game perfectly, it has an amazingly engaging story, tremendous voice acting, top of the line game-play mechanics and a length of over 10 hours which make this one of the best games to come out this year.

I will not talk to much about the stunning game-play(please refer to reviews from Gamespot and IGN)but what Valve has given us is an amazing continuation of the Half-Life universe and the best puzzle game till date.

The multi-player component relies on teamwork and is best enjoyed if you have a good buddies online to play with.
The latest add-on valve has added is the ability to create user levels, this gives tremendous opportunity to experts as well as novice level designers as the tool is extremely simple to use with advance features if required as well.

A package worthy of the quality of valve and surprise Valve actually did not delay in releasing this one:-)

flipkart delivered in 2 days excellent service . every one here seems to be complaining about (steam), now dont judge the game with those views. remember when u buy original games make sure you have atleast 1 MBPS internet connection and unlimited d/l i.e no restrictions for d/l or atleast 30 gb a month min for serious gamers, or else you are going to suffer. steam keeps updating your content via updates and patches regularly to keep the game running smooth. now PORTAL 2 is marvelous game and one of the best pc games of 2011, so u need to own this title.

Just like most valve games that run on steam, it also does a pretty big blunder of downloading content from net before it even starts installing it on your pc. And adding to woes the steam servers are overcrowded many times.
For me it took a waiting for 2-3 days to finally get this thing installed and after that everything else is a history. Who thought solving puzzles could be this hi fi one day.But be warned you'll reach many dead ends in the game where you'll need a lot of head cracking thinking to solve.
And yeah there's still the server busy problem while starting the game. Which will make you wait for hours until you'll be able to start the game.
Overall 10/10 for the gameplay.
But 6/10 for the unreliable DRM.
