Let come to the product review.
1. Build quality is good almost plastic but durable.
2. USB cable is also good as i received a one with my S4 but smaller in length.
3. it takes 6-7 hours Charging time from 0 to 100%
4. 2 charging Ports 1 is 1Amp. 5v and 2nd is 2.1A 5v. can charge 2 phones simultaneously indeed (i tried with S4 and Moto x).

The Best One
1st of all I want to say that whatever is mentioned on flipkart is almost 95% correct.
1. The power bank took little above 6 hours to charge completely (In booklet it is written 6 hours).
2. I'm using iPhone 4 which has the battery capability of 1480 mAh.
3. According to the direct calculation, my phone should be recharged 7 times but in actual it doesn't happen.
4. My phone charges almost 5 t...

Best for the price.
It works fabulously. I can charge my Samsung S4(2600mAh) more than 3 times(actually it has to charge 4 times but more than 3 times is good for such price). I got it for Rs.875.
It gets heated when we charge it and use it to charge the phone simultaneously. It has a 1A port and a 2.1A port. It means we can charge a ipad too as fast as its charger does.

As usual to other power bank, we cant expect 10000 mah by calculating 2k of phone battery should be 5 times charge.. yes but 3 to 4 time is quite good.
Handy and looks good also compare to other bulky power bank.
