Dr. S.R. Bakshi is Ph.D: D. Litt in Modern Indian History and is the author of several works on Indian nationalism and freedom movement. He has deep links with numerous institutions of research. He is the participant in national and international seminars. He is at present engaged in constitutional developments covering the periods of East India Company and India under the Crown. Shri O.P. Ralhan is a well-known author of several works of Indian nationalism and freedom. He is an expert in the History of Punjab and political parties in Indian rule-continent. His writings are very useful for researchers, statesmen and students in India and abroad.
