We bought the product recently as there were very few prenatal yoga dvds available in the market which can be used to perform a 25-30 min exercise session. The product has proved to be useful and is a good buy - especially in the lack of any prenatal classes that one may choose to ignore during pregnancy. Recommend to use with doctor's advice only.

Very useful cd

I am doing this from past one month and I can see the difference in me. I am in 5th month of pregnancy. I was facing lower back pain and stiffness in neck, shoulders. Now I am all ok. It feels so refreshing. Its like you have a partner for your Yoga routine. The narration while Yoga is also very useful with tips and information. The labour oriented keep-ups are really good. Its worth to buy this !
