How To Prepare For Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning For The CAT is a book that is geared towards enabling students prepare for the Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning portion of CAT.
Each chapter of this book begins with a brief overview of what the reader would have learnt once they’re done. Sharma has added neat and highly descriptive diagrams, wherever necessary, along with flowcharts and tables. Some chapters include Basic Modes of Data Interpretation, Theory of Logical Reasoning, Challenges in Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning Exercises.
Sharma has included 20 ten-minute test papers, which are ideal for those who are crunched for time. In total, the book has added 23 full-length sectional test papers, and 6 model test papers. At the end of the book, Sharma has added CAT question papers from 2003 to 2008, which are based on the old pattern, followed by two CAT sample papers, based on the 2009 pattern. The Logical Reasoning section of this book comprises of illustrated solutions to questions of difficulty level II and III. The readers are also provided with step-by-step answers to DI questions of varying difficulty levels.
