Defective product
Very disappointed. I wanted to gift this product to my mother-in-law on her birthday. Received a defective item. And she did not like the product. There is no option to get a refund. With no other choice I went with replacement of the item. There are no options to contact the customer care. All we can do is, wait for them to call us back. This is so difficult. Do not buy these kinds of products online. Its always better to see the demo before you buy.
