I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Hi friends.....I bought this product from a retailer and not from Flipkart.com. The very first difference observed is the price. I got it at a price higher than Flipkart.com & that too with exchange of a juicer. I got it at 20% discount on the MRP. So hats off to Flipkart.com. I will recommend 100% for any kind of purchases to Flipkart.com.
Usage wise - Prestige Champion is very handy....particularly for kneading aata. It kneads aata in just 3-4 minutes so a definite yes for kitchen. Kneading is very smooth & the aata dough can be immediately used for making chapati. I also used the juicer, vegetable chopper, chips maker, wet grinder & dry grinder ....and I find it to be very handy, easy to use.
Quality wise...I looked at other similar product of Bajaj, Inalsa, Philips, Jaipan, Maharaja....but my decision to get Prestige was purely because of the quality of steels used for containers & blades. It is unmatched with all others mentioned. The Prestige Champion comes with 5 year warranty, hence great. The best part is that upon requirement, a person comes to you for a free demo.
I highly recommend this kitchen apparatus for all house wife...or office going lady.....they will really love it.
