I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

its value product...
first thanks to flipkart for delivering it within 3 days in remote place like kharagpur(WB), the best customer service i have received from flipkart for every purchase.
i am using this since my purchase, no problem yet, best in this price range..
stainless steal body make it far better, takes very few seconds to prepare hot water for tea, easy to wash, and shaper like traditional kettles make is more comfortable to use it...
thanks again to flipkart.

-Has auto Switch off, prevents dry heating.
-Put water over the limit, boils and drains out in the base(neat, no risk of electrical shock).
-Heating element concealed and easy to clean.
-No plastic comes in contact with water.
-One place to buy this Product is "Flipkart", because Consignment tracking and packing is at its best.
good product
excellent product as far as tea making is concern. very reliable, strong body, rust proof, consumes 1200w ie 5 minute is required for 3 cup of tea.
only drawback is, it has small inlet which makes it difficult to put hand inside it for washing. so milk sticks in its inside surface and uneasy to wash.
on performance basis its a good product

Great VFM
I was looking to replace my earlier kettle which had an exposed element. This one though being 1 litre as compared to my previous1.5 litres works perfectly well. Love the shiny finish and the spout. Perfect for poring out hot water with minimal spills.
Only wish the minimum and maximum levels of water that can be filled was better marked on the kettle.
