Useless product
product is ok for this price but installation person of company know nothing... he was misleading.when i asked him about preheating he says it is only for huge ovens in bakery and all. the main problem of this oven is it canot be preheated in convection ..all we can do is just start oven in convection for 2 to 3 minutes to preheat, we cant confirm the required temperature is reached or not.

This one is the best oven i used till now .we can cook anything eg. curries even rice also i used it to grill and roast veggies and are evenly grilled . I am very happy with this product.installation service was also very good they are very supportive .It Makes cooking very quick easy and save time.loved it .

Not recommended at all
Failure...tried baking cake, Bread, etc.. everything burning at top and leaving raw state at centre and bottom..Don't know how to deal with this...

Simply awesome
When this microwave came to me, its engineer installed, microwave became more heat during the installation, which causes smoke came out of it. Microwave is working well from1 month, but worried about getting out of smoke.

The Microwave works fine however I have noticed that it produces some kind of smoke from the top right.
It's concerns me as it happens every time, even if I use it for a minute it will have some smoke that comes up from the actual unit and not from food.
