Q:what is annual maintenance charges and how frequent it required service ?

A:The gkk kit cost is 2900 and 350 for visiting even they will charge if you have warranty. The gkk kit depending by your water mostly you have to change 7 to 12 months.

Product Pureit by HUL Advanced Max 6L as such is good. Since there is mineralizer, water is not as sweet as packaged mineral water, but good enough. Biggest disappointment is the warranty. Flipkart sells this product exclusively with 2 years Extended warranty. The term 'Extended Warranty' generally means over and above the standard product warranty. However when I called up Pureit Customer Care to register the warranty, Pureit denied any extended warranty, and said the product has only One ye...

The Product is good but its been specially modified to stop working after every 8 months. So a perfectly good RO will stop working one fine day and when you call helpline, they will tell you that its not covered under warranty and you need to spend Rs. 3050 for filter replacement. This is much more than even 'costly' Aquaguard.

So HUL is an obvious cheat here, wanting to keep scamming the user.

However, there is an intelligent bypass to this. You would need to 'reset' the microprocessor...

Utterly Disappointed

The company has fixed the timer to change the spare parts. whether you use it or not you have to change the gkk, sediment filter etc as per their schedule. it's cheating and wasn't expected from a reputed firm like HUL.
Avoid such products to save yourself from unnecessary expenses.

Do not go with reviews please do not buy this !!!

- Installation guy came.
- This purifier will take approx 20 ltrs to give you 6 ltr of clean water. Wastage is double the ltrs.

- Installation guy did nit even wait to show the TDS level of purified water.

- As soon as he left after 5 mins the purifier started leaking water. I called the guy and asked him to come back he denied and said i am gone far ....(in 10 mins).

Now the purifier is off and habe to wait for someone to come amd fix.

Pls don’t buy this product. Service is not acceptable by any means. As per the order installation supposed to be done on or before 22nd December.
Till now nobody’s has contacted for installation & my retun policy has been ended. Pls go with some other brand.

Model is compact and good looking. I like it. Also it is worth of Money. I got this in only Rs. 7649/- (I got exchange of my Kent filter Rs.1800/- and HDFC card 10% off). And external filter is free with this model. Also installation is absolutely FREE. Why I am saying this, because some times for other Purifier, Engineer demand for Water Valve, Pipe, External Filter.
