C++ Program Design An Introduction To Programming & Object Oriented Design

This textbook is about the fundamentals of programming and software development using C++ a popular high-level programming language developed by Bjarne Stroustrup of AT&T Bell Laboratories. This book is targeted for a first programming course, and it has been designed to be appropriate for people from all disciplines. Some of this book's features are: the C++ standard is given broad coverage such as type bool, namespaces and exceptions; the author's graphical API has been designed for beginning programmers to use to develop exciting and visually interesting programs; integrated use of the Standard Template Library (STL) can be implemented; new examples include data visualization, numerical analysis, random number generation, maze traversal and doubly-linked list.
