Prophet

Since Penelope Bailey was a little girl, all humanity has been frightened by her awesome psychic talent, and worried that she can bend events--and men--to her will. Many have called her a monster, but she has chosen a different name for herself: Prophet. Twice, Penelope has managed to escape the "Iceman," a hired assassin, but he's been sent after her again, with higher stakes.
