Very Good Product
This is a good product. It is well made. The padding is just thick enough without being too thick such that the laptop won't fit in your bag. Other colours would be nice, but the black is good and the little red "Protecta" tag adds a small pop of colour. BUT I think it would be better if the top flap slightly overlapped the bottom like the Case Logic and Capdase sleeves available on the market. When my laptop is in this sleeve, there is a gap and an overlap would have eliminated that. Also, one reviewer said that it fits his Dell Inspiron 15R (15.6" screen size) perfectly. I have to disagree. It fits, but not perfectly. It requires tightly stretching the sleeve over the laptop corners and I'm not comfortable putting that much pressure on my laptop several times a day. I think the thickness of the laptop has a lot to do with it, so if you have a slim 15.6" it would probably fit better. I'm hoping that it may develop more "give" with use. I will use the product for now, but will definitely buy a replacement as soon as I can. If Protecta had some size options, I would definitely buy another of the same brand.

The first point is guys laptop sleeves are not a substitute for lap cases or bags.
i have used the cocoon and the other neospin sleeve. the sleeve i bought before this was not that good you will know if you read the review i gave on that. but this one actually serves its purpose.
And for those who found this too tight its because this is built for the medium size segment(the entire mass i mean) so if the lap that u use is 15.6 and a little bulky the material may not expand as much. but my 15.6 dell inspiron fit in perfectly.

pleas edo not buy this. flipkart.. plesase ttake care in dealing with protecta... they say its 15.6 but its not.
i broke my nail trying to take my laptop in and out of this cocoon... large enuf to fit a butterfly!!!!...
i have returned it.. but i will have to wait until my nail grows back.....

Not worth the Money
Got it ordered from Flipkart. Delivered within 3 days @ a cost of Rs 435.It was all style and no substance. It looked gorgeous but failed miserably on the protection front and i guess that's what it is meant to do.

I got it delivered in just 3 days including a Sunday. Nice delivery service from flipkart. But the product is little small in length for my Dell Inspiron N5010. I wish if it would have been 1 inch longer. Width is fine. But i can't cover my lappy fully with ease, have to stretch it a little. I think for other laptop makes it will work fine but not with mine.
