I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

I put a lot of thought before buying this game..because FK reviews and other critic reviews were confusing..but after receiving and playing the game all my doubts vaporized..i am listing why..!!
PROS-
-Excellent Story & Theme
-Mind blowing Super powers which are upgradeable
-Whole city to explore & ability to kill everything that moves
-Graphics are cool & combos are excellent
-Tough bosses even in easy mode
-My favorite consuming ability..i love it
-No INTERNET required and works fine with Win 7 64 bit
CONS-
-on keyboard combos will be difficult to perform..game pad works nice here
-battles tend to very chaotic and confusing as military & infected continuously fight for dominance
-No multi player but thats okay..cz no one can match alex mercer
Lastly FK delivery service was top notch they never disappoint...Don't think twice buy it..u will never regret..

no.1 roll playing action ever i played.....its better than all god of war.....assassin's creed.....prince of persia.....BUY IT.....if you are a fan of roll playing action thn buy this game.....awesome action.....there is 31or33 missions in game...u can complete it.....if you hate roll playing game ..... thn play this game ..... i bet ..... you will enjoy :)
it can b run on core2duo processor...1gb ram.....nvidia geforce 8400GS-512 or higher version.....

an out of balance game
prototype isnt that awesome the game got a great story there is a lot of suspence on the story,great open world and crazy cool powers and gameplay.but the game needs some improvement the bad thing is the city is lifeless and stupid side missions every side mission has time limit and some the good is you can collect a lots landmarks that give more experience points and has thousands of upgrades the graphics are cool.the score of the game is 8.3/10.
