How do I request an exchange? What should I return along with the original item?
If you are not satisfied with the fit of the product, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. You can seek an exchange of a different size or color. Alternatively, you can return the product for Flipkart Wallet Credits which can be used to place a fresh order.
Please contact us with your exchange request within 30 days from the date of delivery. The original item will be recalled and an exchange will be shipped to you.
The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that
Clothes, Sunglasses, Jewellery and footwear are not used (other than trials), altered, washed, soiled or damaged.
Original tags and accessories are intact. Branded packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the product.
I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product. In addition to this, we have Flipkart buyer protection program to resolve any possible issues.
