I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not the original Psycho
Be aware: This isn't the original Hitchcock movie. The fine print mentions that it is a remake by Gus Van Sunt. I've had to return this twice and have not seen the product team make a change so far.
In other news, Flipkart doesn't allow reviews of less than 200 characters. I don't know how to explain what I did with over 200 characters, so I'll have to fill it in with this junk.
