Public Administration In India

It is significant that anew Administrative Reforms Commission is being set up by the Central Government to examine ways and means of bringing about well-thought-out and desirable changes in the public administration systems in the country. On assuming ofice in 2004 the UPA Government had made it clear that removal of corruption from public life and reform of the entire system was one of its top priorities. The present publication provides a comprehensive overview of the Indian Public Administration system, for the benefit of student and scholar.
