Professor P.P. Arya, M.A. (Economics), Ph.D. is a Professor in the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh. he has been in the teaching profession sicne 1967. He has written/edited nine books and 42 research papers. His research papers have been published in reputed journals. He is actively associated with teachers' movement. Currently he is the President of All India Federation of University Teachers' Association. He has inside knowledge of the dynamics of industrial relations through active participation at various responsible levels. He is a member of the senate and was earlier member of the syndicate of Panjab University.
Dr. Suresh Kumar Chadha, M.Com. Ph.D., Reader, University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh, has teaching experience of 26 years, both in graduate and post-graduate classes. He also has 22 research papers to his credit. He has successfully guided five Ph.Ds. and is guiding another five. He is presently doing a project in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
