An excellent source for General Quant questions..

I am currently preparing for the GMAT. I have no quant background, and have not taken a mathematics class in the last decade. I strongly feel that this book along with its associated questions is an excellent guide for quant prep for most tests (GMAT, general addmission, CAT etc). Some tests may require tougher materials but this book will still help to for a base to develop on.

A good book

This book is really good for competitive and banking exams, but not really for CAT perspective. Author has given very good tricks and ideas to solve the questions. So if anyone is going for PO, Clerical or other competitive exams except CAT, MAT other MBA entrance exams, they can go for this book. I am sure this book will really help them all.

GREAT BOOK FOR BEGINNERS TO IBPS

This is really a good book to start with for the preparation of IBPS PO/MT and other competitive exams. But keep in mind that this is the starter book and you will have to couple it with practice papers to help you more. So for all those who needs a start just order it and you will be on ease. Good one for banking exams

For banking sector exams, this is quite good. It has examples and explanations for different types of problems. Also having numerical aptitude section from previous bank exams at the appendix section of the bank. Every section has example problems and exercise problems. Only one drawback I felt while using this book is that, exercise problems of every section has only answers and no explanation provided.
