Good book easy concepts..

It is a very good book for cat and other engineering/management examinations.There are 3 levels of problems.1 st level is easy and 2nd level is quite difficult.By solving these two levels you can crack ibps,ssb and similar entrance examinations.By solving 3 rd level you can master this book.Different types of problems are there.
Some peoples also prefer Arun Sharma which is also a very good book of quantitative aptitude.Peoples always confused between sharma and verma.You can go with this boo...

good book but

nice delivery service and packaging by flipkart.This is a good book not just for cat but for all competitive exams.But the paper quality is not that good..I have not seen such paper quality in any arihant books.so i doubt that if it is a genuine print or not.By d way i got it at more than 50% discount.So I am happy.

Amazing book

Well i bought Arun sharma's book before purchasing this. but I found it difficult to understand concepts from the basics.
But after purchasing and going through this book I found it best book till I have used for quant.
Each and every concept has been described with ample examples to solve .
The difficulty level is increased step by step.

Well apart from saying anything I will love to recommend this book for everyone.

Best Book available in the market.

Helped me in every exam. It has some good and easy to learn shortcuts which saves time. Very well written and everything explained in detail. One of the good thing is that it contains enough questions for you to practice and master that topic.

Honestly,it's quite a task to know what materials to study while preparing for CAT or any other MBA entrance exam. Institute materials help in dealing with the basics , but that is not good enough. After that you must move on to an advanced material like this book....{ Basic phase(institute material) , Advanced phase(Quantum CAT) , Actual CAT papers. }....That's all you need.....All the best.

So much knowledge for starters

So much stuff in this book...Pages are not of great quality comparing it to the previous edition i bought a year back...pages aren't bad either...its just tht previous edition was a more quality book in terms of appearance..however this book has more content and thats wat matters...The book is great and no pages missing and the binding is good enough...worth it for 400 INR...

a must book to have if you are serious for CAT

i bought this book on a huge risk when everybody suggested me arun sharma.
but when i started practicing from this book, that was the time i became a fan of this book. the questions are of pretty decent level and there are a lot of examples of different types of questions that are asked in the exam. all in all its a complete package for clearing the fundamentals and nurturing your mind.
