I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Bollywood first found footage Movie doesn't disappoint
I was pretty Unlucky to have missed watching this movie in theatre as it has been made a Limited release in theatres.But Thankfully somehow I managed to watch it on DVD and Guess what I found it scary.I have got eerie feeling while watching this Movie.The location of this Movie is superb.Good start By bollywood as far as Found footage is concerned.A Must watch for all Horror fans.
