I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

BAD EXPRIENCE
When I got parcel, the parcel is ok but inside parcel the quickheal antivirus box is tempered. It has broken seal.

Bad, just bad!
I used this product for nearly 2 years, and in that two years i have been ripped off my money.This product has the least scan protection and repair rate and ranks nowhere in the tests and reviews(attaching html isn't allowed else i would have shown you the proof and even my logs, i had the best quickheal total security and was still infected by trojans which made me re- install windows twice.Yes, it occupies less resources but at what cost ? 1200 per license ?!?..thanks to BITDEFENDER, the number one antivirus, my PC feels secure..and read this i have put my PC into DMZ mode(this is the most vulnerable network mode)..just do not buy this software, its garbage.

Excellent product
I highly recommend this product and I am happy that I made this decision of buying Quickheal than any other antivirus software. I bought a latest laptop Sony Vaio and selected Quickheal Internet security for it as its working great with my fathers desktop. The other day I was surfing on the internet and I came across this website which was offering an unusual offer of 85% off so the moment I went to the website the Quickheal software alerted me that the website was reported to be unsafe and also that it is a phishing website. WOW this is excellent, thank you Quick heal for saving me from being a prey to the predators on the internet.

AWESOME INTERNET SECURITY TILL DATE...
After browsing through different antivirus, I thought of buying this product & atlast ordered for it...
There was a prompt delivery & great packaging by flipkart. After using it i found my Laptop which contained many trojans & virus got detected...It's auto update, auto scanning of external drives, blocking of some unwanted things in net are the very best features available...
It's protection is enough to protect a PC or Laptop....I think there is a no need for Total Security....
If anyone is thinking of it go for it....Don't think twice before purchasing it....Just order it....
