I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

RD burman songs
In this karaoke song CD you only get the instrumental of the songs.The lyrics are provided separately on the booklet.(Not like the karoake CD in which the lyrics appear on the screen)
The bad part is that the sound quality of CD is very bad.CD is not appropriate as a karaoke CD.
