In America, his friend refuses to help him but he gets better friends instead in the shape of Hindustanis and Pakistanis.They give him shelter and Rohan in turn gives shelter to Pooja. Rohan and Pooja start working. Pooja starts developing a soft corner for Rohan but he doesn't reciprocate because for him his ambition comes first. And then comes Loveleen, an American bred Indian girl who he feels is the stepping stone for his success. Rohan leaves Pooja for Loveleen.

Pooja who is heart broken goes to work for Mr. Balraj Khanna who is instantly takes a liking for her and feels that she can be the ideal wife for his wayward son Karan. Rohan is blinded by the glitz and glamour of the American high society whereas Pooja's heart bleeds for him. Will Rohan and Pooja meet or will she marry Balraj Khanna's son.
