I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Utter Waste
The instructions are very poor.
Infact the instructions are totally opposite of what it should be.
we are not supposed to peel off the green protective layer. that is for after the guard has been applied.
Now on the opposite side to the green layer there is a transperant layer. THis is what needs to be removed to apply.
i had to disvover this the hardway. i removed the green labled side and found no adhesion as well.
then when i was about to throw it in the bin, i noticed the other transperant layer. then i removes it and applied like normal.
Still, this is not good at all. the cloth they provide is useless and it was dusty, and left small scratches on my screen.
DO NOT BUY. BUY MALBRO. i have used malbro for my smartphone and its quality is much much better. Their price is justified.
this one is a waste.

Good screen guard but annoying to apply...........
I would recommend that whenever you buy a screen guard please get it applied from a experienced shop or a person......
The instructions should have been more detailed..!!
I some how applied the screen guard but was not happy with the finishing.....
Its very frustrating to apply a screen guard, you have to apply a lot of brains and need to be very skillful......
The packaging is good.... The screen guard is not bad for the price you are getting it.... while others would cost you almost double...This one is good for the price. No loss in Screen clarity or resolution..... Recommended.......

Excellent Screen Guard for the Price
This is the 2nd screen guard I purchased from FK for my BB Playbook. Earlier I had bought the Amzer screen guard, it was good, easy to install but difficult to get rid of air bubbles also screen gets a Matt finish and the amazing screen resolution is lost.
Not with the Rainbow one, I must admit it does come with cleaning cloth too but you need a lot a patience to get rid of the air bubbles but finally was worth it, no air bubbles at all. Screen resolution is also not compromised as it has a glossy finish..

Good Quality and Finish at a Steal
The discounted price of Rs 200 is a steal away price. I quality is decent and is perfect match for the BB Playbook. I am yet to put it on.
The package comes with a wipe but does not have the small card to remove bubbles while putting it. Would have been good if the same was inside the packet.

Screen guard
It is good and having this is a must in order to protect the screen from scratches. But the only difficulty is it is not possible for us to fix this on playbook. I went to a near by cell shop and they demanded Rs.100/- to fix it. I had to give as there is no choice as I am not professional enough to fix that.
