I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

you get what you pay for
initially this screen cover was so bad, i wanted to.give 1 star. But after a couple of days of use, not so bad... I was able to clear all the bubbles one by one and display is also good.
There are a few bubbles at the edges which could.not be removed, I could live with it.
Overall.. if you are looking for a cheap screen protector this would work.

It is good product. I had my apprehension while buying regarding the application as well as the quality of the material. I could paste the screen guard quiet easily without bubbles. It may be because I had a screen guard before and I was replacing it that with the new. So the dust on my screen was almost Niall. Though the first stage went on well, I am waiting to see how it perform during usage.

Good buy at this price
I applied this screen protector to my galaxy note and I think its not that bad.
as seen the comments, I would suggest to all not to apply the guard through yourself but with outside from any mobile shop. As this looks fine in my phone when got applied at the shop.
Overall good bet at this price.

Poor quality
i got a defect piece......... There is a lint like thing on the screen gaurd which revealed only after i fixed it... The lint is moulded in the gaurd it self (like lint on painted surface)..... Otherwise cutting for screen size is perfect and it fits nicely......may be next time i should look for someother brand....

The first day, a slight finger nail touch created a tiny scratch and the air bubbles started within 24 hours. Also the screen is not SMOOTH it has a rough feeling surface.
Suggest not to BUY and risk the time and effort.
Beware if you buy this and use any video game, either by self or kids, it will get spoilt withing minutes... sugest not to buy this.
