I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Ravensburger Disney Cars 2
Hello all. My first impression by reading the product name and looking at the product picture is: it would have a set of small cars of Disney Cars-2 movie characters. But its not like that. This product is just a PUZZLE. There are 72 small pieces of plastic, to be joined in such a fashion that it shows 8 characters of Cars-2 movie.
The only thing makes this product different from other PUZZLEs is: it is a PUZZLE BALL. When all the pieces are joined, it forms a BALL. It also has a plastic holder in a plate shape to hold the ball once it is formed.
It is fun to solve the puzzle, but only once. I experienced that it requires a good amount of patience to assemble the product that children below 8 yrs may not have. According to me the price also too high as children hardly play with it often.
