Razer Cyclosa Keyboard

After one day, I tried to connect the mouse and the keyboard in different USB Hubs. Usually I connect both of them in the nearby USB slots. This time I connected them far away in the slot below the other. To my surprise the keyboard and mouse were working fine. I could press num lock, caps lock, game mode. Everything worked like a charm.

Few days later I noticed that some of the keys in the keyboard doesn't work. For example, keys like 's', 'n', 'm' didnt work. It works sometimes and doesn't work later. I regretted for getting this problematic keyboard and mouse. I made up my mind to open the keyboard and see if there is any problem inside. I was aware that warranty will be void. But wanted to give a try. I unbolted all the screws and tried to open. But couldn't open. Some thing was blocking. I gave up and connected the keyboard again. This time every key worked fine. I was so happy. I didn't face any problem till now. It has been two days since.

Now I noticed another problem. When I tried to power on my PC today, I noticed that mouse is not powering on. The light in the mouse doesn't glow and the mouse is not detected. I wasted money on this bundle. In the evening I tried to update the firmware on the mouse. The firmware update was very fast. When the firmware update completed I saw the light in my mouse glowing for one second and it again went off. The mouse was not working again. I again tried to update the firmware second time. This time the firmware update was very slow. I was sitting with my fingers crossed. When the firmware update was over, my mouse's light glowed. I checked, It works now..

Now both keyboard and mouse are working fine. But I had a really bad experience with this bundle. Hope this problem happened only for me and rest of the Razer products are good. I like Razer.

I bought this bundle entirely on name of Razor. And I had really bad experience about it. Though keyborad is working gr8 for me, mouse stopped working within 2 weeks. I had done everything in my power to solve the problem : reinstalling & updating firmware as well as drivers, updating windows framework, registry clening etc. But my old mouse never worked for me.
Even I wrote to Razor Technical support team, but still no reply from them.
Anyhow I checked on net and found that it was prevalant problem all over. Mouse has some defects and after going through all the related forums and all, I never found satisfatory solution for this.
Atlast I bought Roccat gaming mouse, which is smoothly running for me without any hiccup.
Don't waste money on lower Razor products.

The Razer Cyclosa bundle is the latest offering from Razer for its Asia pacific customers.
If you are going in to buy this product with the brand name in sight, I must warn you. Do not expect the Keyboard to be like the das keyboards or the mouse to be like the Razer naga.
Having said that, I am impressed by the mouse. It has a high DPI and a decent enough infrared sensor.
The keyboard however, has disappointed me with locked keypresses (you press y and it keeps pressing y until you force stop it!) and missing spacebar presses. The keys are spaced properly and it is extremely good for touch-typing, although the occasionally misbehaving keys can be a turn-off at times. I have gotten over by learning to press the spacebar a bit harder.

I got the bundle last december of the previous year and have had no issues with it till last week when the keyboard did not respond with the spacebar, S,N and M keys. Re-plugged it to a different USB port and it started working fine. Two days later, the same issur re-appeared and I haven't been able to fix it since. The mouse has been working fine though and I am quite happy with its performance. I play games quite often and both the keyboard and mouse do take quite a lot of pounding. This would have been an awesome budget combo if the keyboard wouldn't have had this issue.

the key are freat. gaming is awesome specially game like fifa , cricket and NFS.
most sports games.
bt the mouse is very faulty , Very disspointed with the mouse.
