Razer Razer Goliathus - Fragged Mousepad

This is an amazing gamepad considering its only 591 bucks.
ordered it from flipkart and the delivery was well before the promised date.

But there's one important thing i'd like to add:
the razer goliathus comes in 4 sizes -
Omega(small)
Standard(medium)
Alpha(large)
Extended(Extra Extra Large)

So before u Buy, have a look at the dimentions and determine what size suits you best.

And then there are 2 editions:
Control Edition
Speed Edition

If u are an hardcore gamer u already know wat u want.

But for those of u who dont,
The Speed Edition is built for speed, its smooth and allows the mouse to slide over easily.
The Control Edition is built for more control.

I would highly recommend the Control Edition because u can get speed from the mouse by changing the dpi settings, and u can get control from ur mousepad.

Also if u dont have a gaming mouse and are looking for a gaming mouse pad, i's say dont. Get a good gaming mouse first and then a mouse pad, coz any gaming mousepad is useless without a good gaming mouse.

Razer Goliathus Gaming Mouse Pad - Control Edition is very good. It provides the right amount of glide and percision for most styles of gaming.

Pros:
- the rubber base grips the desk / surface firmly
- The box is tough enough, so u can carry the mousepad in the case for your LAN parties
- The mouse glides easily with just the right amount of friction
- Works for most mouse types and settings
- the edges do not get frayed or torn because of the stitching (on the edges)
- Looks great and it shows that it is a premium gaming product

Cons:
- The splashed logo might be a bit distracting for some of us
- We are used to the smooth mousepads that come free with our mouse or which are less than Rs.50. So, the surface will feel a bit coarse and takes time to get used to

Tips:
- Choose a 'control' type mousepad because we can always change the settings on our gaming mouse to suit our needs
- Size does matter: go for Standard size or Alpha to feel how good this mouse pad is.

Damn awesome Mousepad, has a roughy surface which provides great control over the mouse. Good for maggers. Nice size too. Great looks. Tends to get dirty if even the slightest dirt settles on it but u gotta clean it frm tym 2 tym. Also, BEWARE !! wen i 1st ordered this, i got another model, the Razer Goliathus FRAGGED OMEGA mousepad (SPEED EDITION)....thats smaller n cheaper. Dont be fooled...know what you are ordering. Although within 4 days, flipkart came with the right delivery n took the wrong one back. Awesome delivery n services by flipkart. But yet guys, please know what u r buying.....check the specs for the sizes and other related information.

This mouse pad is meant for high dpi mouse with good feet under.
I use this with a DEATH ADDER set at 2700dpi and it feel extremely smooth and precise. The surface is coarse but mouse movement is makhhaannn....

It didn't work very well with my older non - gaming mouse.

Hence in short, an excellent mouse pad to go with your performance mouse.

And yes for gamers... If u have a high dpi mouse buy this instead of the Goliathus Speed edition, since u will have speed in your mouse. Control edition gives much more precise tracking.

The best of the best the Razer Goliathus is one the best mouse pads i have ever used.
It has got nice poping weaves which gives an amazing precision.If you are looking for a nice mouse pad which is also cheap,i believe this is the one that you are looking for. As an fps player..(who loves headshots..bam....bam)I think this gonna help you in increasing your skills.
